Reviewing Field Schedules On-Line
In order to review a simple list of all team events for any given week, select Master Schedule from the Main Menu of the UFASA Web-Site (on your left)
In order to review an on-line schedule for a specific team – please follow the simple directions listed below:
1. Click on the “UFASA Teams” Button on the top of this window
2. Click on “Multi-Schedule” from the drop-down menu
3. Click on a Schedule Type that you want to create:
a. Listing: creates a list of all items in the schedule in a list format
b. Calendar: creates a monthly calendar of all events for any given month
4. Select the Teams that you want to see the schedule for:
a. Checking “Select/Unselect All” will give you the calendar for all teams/groups in the Association
b. Checking specific teams will give you the calendar for that team
5. Select “Submit” at the Bottom of the page to submit your request and generate your list of events
6. Once the Schedule is showing on the screen you can Print it or Download a Copy to your Computer
